Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5-15 business days, including shipping. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends.
In the event of a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Baby Cub is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
International Shipping Policy
Baby Cub ships products worldwide. Shipping charges and service availability vary based on package weight and destination country. Please be aware that international orders can be delayed in customs, potentially extending delivery times.
Damages
Baby Cub is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
We advise keeping all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
